Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing necessary state fillings within statutory limits
- Calculating and assigning timely and appropriate reserves to claims
- Analyzing and processes complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims
Qualifications Include:
- Travel as required
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Subject matter expert of appropriate insurance principles and laws for line-of-business handled, recoveries offsets
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical and interpretive skills
