Job Summary
A provider of risk, benefits and integrated business solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and processing complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims
- Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority
- Calculating and assigning timely and appropriate reserves to claims
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travels as required
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Subject matter expert of appropriate insurance principles and laws
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
