Job Summary
A cloud based, digital application needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a liaison between the customers and the carrier
- Guiding customers through the Claims process
- Requesting certificates of insurance from workers’ compensation provider consistent with customer specifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years working on claims
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines to satisfy quick turnaround customer requests
- Ability to work West Coast hours
