A global financial services company is seeking a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Team Leader in O Fallon.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing team of Claim Handlers
- Managing cost center budget within plan
- Training, developing and coaching of less experienced staff
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Specialized understanding of Workers Compensation products and portfolio with technical specialist knowledge.
- Specialized understanding of regional / local Workers Compensation insurance markets and competitor landscape
- Recognized relationship building with brokers at peer group level and well established within local market
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory framework
- Experience in working in global complex, matrix organization leading a team of professionals
