A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Workers Compensation Defense Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working a manageable caseload
- Working fully remote in a high tech - 100% paperless - environment
- A 200 hour minimum a month working schedule
Qualifications for this position include:
- LAO, VNO, MDR, and WCAB Experience
- CA BAR licensed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
