Job Summary
A nationwide leader in insurance for churches has a current position open for a Remote Workers Compensation Large Account Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing exposures and determining acceptable risks
- Managing a large territory
- Managing risk portfolio
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ten years of progressively responsible experience in commercial underwriting
- Five years working with large workers compensation risks
- Pre-existing relationships with brokers who write large workers compensation policies
- Knowledge of common terms, practices, processes and regulations in the P&C industry
- Knowledge of common terms, practices, processes and regulations in the P&C industry
- Moderate and seasonal travel expected
