Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Workers Compensation Senior Claim Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Investigating losses and analyzing coverage
• Determining compensability and benefits
• Establishing reserves and negotiating settlements

Qualifications Include:

• Travel Percentage 0 to 10%
• 10 years of New York workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Must be a great communicator, in both written and verbal form
• Able to work with a variety of internal and external contacts
• Have experience and skills in the use of computers and software programs
