A development firm has an open position for a Remote Workflow Office Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the hiring, onboarding, and training of new workflow experts
- Own the establishment of a guild of stakeholders across the company
- Own the production of assets and guidance for others to use in their workflows
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience managing teams at the department level, including strategic planning
- Experience with agile methodologies and demonstrated success with organizational change management
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies
