Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workflow Real Time Service Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Monitor the workflow of assigned departments real time for schedule adherence
- Analyze and communicate impacts to intra day call center department performance.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of at least 3 years experience working in a call center or similar environment
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and/or Access
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Independent and capable of working with little management supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of call routing concepts and metrics and how they impact staffing realities
