Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workflow Solutions Tier III Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver product support to customers, consultants, and partners
  • Troubleshoot via root cause analysis and providing workarounds and fixes
  • Assist other members of the support team with technical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise software applications
  • Experience in support, development/QA, services or similar technical role
  • Intermediate proficiency with MSSQL
  • Ability to translate technical issues and resolutions to non-technical clients and staff
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience
  • Experience with AppDynamics or other similar application monitoring tools
