Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workflow Solutions Tier III Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Deliver product support to customers, consultants, and partners
- Troubleshoot via root cause analysis and providing workarounds and fixes
- Assist other members of the support team with technical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise software applications
- Experience in support, development/QA, services or similar technical role
- Intermediate proficiency with MSSQL
- Ability to translate technical issues and resolutions to non-technical clients and staff
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience
- Experience with AppDynamics or other similar application monitoring tools
