A privately-held insurance and benefits company is seeking a Remote Workforce Absence Benefits Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and deliver Workforce Absence leave, disability and accommodation products suite
- Create an inventory of current capabilities along with a prioritization of product needs
- Create a transparent prioritized product roadmap

- Ability to perofrm market positioning, product marketing and training
- Ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients utilizing technology, client feedback, and analytics
