Job Summary

A food company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Analytic Consultant Associate Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Defining workforce research initiative objectives
• Proactively identifying opportunities to drive greater organizational impact
• Supporting HR data and reporting governance processes

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience in designing and analyzing workforce surveys and extracting insight
• Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics or Social Sciences
• 2+ years experience required
• Proven analytical/critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of HR practices and data
• Very strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Must have sound judgment and discretion
