Job Summary
A food company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Analytic Consultant Associate Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining workforce research initiative objectives
- Proactively identifying opportunities to drive greater organizational impact
- Supporting HR data and reporting governance processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in designing and analyzing workforce surveys and extracting insight
- Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics or Social Sciences
- 2+ years experience required
- Proven analytical/critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of HR practices and data
- Very strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Must have sound judgment and discretion
