Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Analytics Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques
• Performing continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conducting real-time re-forecasting
• Maintaining constant communication with Operations teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Complete understanding of overall operational activities
• Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs
• Minimum of two years of experience in performing WFM functions (specifically real-time management)
• Ability to perform forecasting in a contact center environment and schedule to those needs is a must
