Job Summary

A full-service mutual insurance company is in need of a Remote Workforce Benefits Organizational Change Management Leader.

Must be able to:

• Identify and utilize networks of key influencers to adoption
• Manage stakeholders
• Consult and coach employee-facing roles of sponsors and managers, change-enabling roles of project managers and teams

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of experience Project Management, HR, or Training & Development
• 4-year degree Communication, Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience
• Able to build and manage an appropriately sized and scalable product owner team
