Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Experience Representative in Mentor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with and becoming an expert at resolving employee inquiries
- Providing training and support for end users of ServiceNow, PeopleSoft and SilkRoad
- Supporting documentation requirements for SOX compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Superior written communication skills
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
- Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
