Job Summary
A provider of an online insurance comparison marketplace has an open position for a Remote Workforce Coordinator .
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for ensuring strategic goals
- Be Responsible for long term, short term and intraday contact volume
- Act as a support tool for the leaders of Customer Service and Sales leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience forecasting in a call center environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced trend analysis
- 4+ years of Workforce Management experience in a call center environment is required
- 2+ years of experience utilizing IEX, EWFM, or Blue Pumpkin
