Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst to provide accurate scheduling for their contact center workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update daily and weekly staffing requirements and schedules
- Collaborate with the WFM team to suggest and implement changes to tools, software, and policies
- Explore creative opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures in a contact center
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and experience with WFM systems preferred
- BA/BS or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work-related experience
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home work environment
- Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles in alignment with the organization's mission
