Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst to provide accurate scheduling for their contact center workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update daily and weekly staffing requirements and schedules
  • Collaborate with the WFM team to suggest and implement changes to tools, software, and policies
  • Explore creative opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures in a contact center
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and experience with WFM systems preferred
  • BA/BS or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work-related experience
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free home work environment
  • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles in alignment with the organization's mission
