Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing periodic reports
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key operational and support partners
- Analyzing strategic initiatives and long-term impacts on staffing plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 5%
- 2+ years of experience working with global Contact Center Workforce Management software
- 2+ years working knowledge of Global Contact Center Workforce Management process
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high profile position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
