Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing periodic reports
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key operational and support partners
  • Analyzing strategic initiatives and long-term impacts on staffing plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel up to 5%
  • 2+ years of experience working with global Contact Center Workforce Management software
  • 2+ years working knowledge of Global Contact Center Workforce Management process
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high profile position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
