Job Summary
A provider of critical health and human services programs is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and providing revolving analytics data of call/web chat arrival patterns and call center performance
- Analyzing reports and query database from CCMA, agent attendance line and WFM Software
- Maintaining production data and review of staff plan hours for accuracy to optimize efficiency
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Must have experience working with large amounts of data
- Must have experience creating and building their own tools to manipulate the data
- Must have experience (the higher the experience the better) working with Excel and other tools
- Must have experience with analyzing the data and making sound recommendations
- Must have proven communication skills to effectively convey their analysis
