A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing all patient experience operational workflows
- Providing real-time monitoring and determines workforce management requirements
- Ensuring patient and client needs are met through accurate forecasting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workforce Management experience
- Complete understanding of overall operational activities
- Strong understanding of contact center technology
- Ability to perform forecasting in a contact center environment and schedule to those needs
- Experience with WFM software
