Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyzing all patient experience operational workflows
  • Providing real-time monitoring and determines workforce management requirements
  • Ensuring patient and client needs are met through accurate forecasting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Workforce Management experience
  • Complete understanding of overall operational activities
  • Strong understanding of contact center technology
  • Ability to perform forecasting in a contact center environment and schedule to those needs
  • Experience with WFM software
