Job Summary
A medical technology solutions provider. has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide accountability for organization's quantitative Demand & Supply production models
- Provide staffing recommendations necessary to managing operational and budget success
- Assist in executing qualitative strategies based on model outputs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working with various call center data sources (IVR, ACD, and WFM)
- Ability to create presentation materials and communicate to groups
- Highly organized with great time management skills
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques used to produce staffing models
- Advanced PC skills, including experience using Microsoft products
