Job Summary

A corporate travel management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Analyst in Salt Lake City.

Must be able to:

  • Perform ongoing analysis of current IVR, ACD, and other customer contact telephony features
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain call work flows
  • Monitor and analyze telecommunications traffic

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with skills-based routing in an ACD environment
  • Experience with NICE inContact cloud-based platforms
  • 1-2 years experience managing a phone system
  • Experience with RingCentral
  • Strong focus on excellent customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information
