Job Summary
A corporate travel management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Analyst in Salt Lake City.
Must be able to:
- Perform ongoing analysis of current IVR, ACD, and other customer contact telephony features
- Design, build, implement, and maintain call work flows
- Monitor and analyze telecommunications traffic
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with skills-based routing in an ACD environment
- Experience with NICE inContact cloud-based platforms
- 1-2 years experience managing a phone system
- Experience with RingCentral
- Strong focus on excellent customer experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information
