A staffing and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Analyst in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing forecasting and demand planning models
- Executing real-time management processes
- Maintaining and running daily/weekly scheduling tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5 yrs of WFM experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel-based analytical skill
