Job Summary
A waste management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management and Capacity Planning Customer Experience Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Own several broad, business critical workstreams that span a combination of enterprise and CE-wide scopes
- Champion change management and drive culture shift to customer focused organization
- Lead a team of managers who operate in multiple locations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to travel up to 25%
- Contact center or customer service experience and remote management skills
- 5+ years’ experience managing Workforce management and capacity planning teams
- Experience implementing and managing technology, performance management, etc at an enterprise level
- Prior vendor management and/or offshore experience
- Comprehensive working knowledge of contact center operations, performance metrics, and technology
