Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management and Process Improvement Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, interpreting and overseeing the publishing and maintaining of daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and/or ad hoc operational performance data
- Forecasting transaction volumes and resource needs based on historical data / metrics
- Developing a clear strategy to ensure effective short and long term workload forecasting,
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in operations leadership
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Access, Excel and PowerPoint
