A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Associate Analyst in Centennial.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing daily RTA / scheduling operations
- Assisting in setting and monitoring performance standards
- Reviewing daily and weekly reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience supporting both Inbound and Outbound contact center operations
- Experience in virtual contact center operations and work-at-home workforce
- Knowledge of contact center industry standards and key performance metrics
- Superior interpersonal skills (diplomacy, collaboration)
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
- Strong analytical skills as it relates to reporting of key performance indicators
