A peer-to-peer lending company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Capacity Planner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Streamlining communications with leaders of various operations departments
- Accurately projecting expenditures based on planned staff
- Creating visualizations to convey information regarding the capacity plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of four years of experience in a relevant role
- Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs
- d ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner and deliver presentations
