A publishing company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead Workforce Management operations
- Lead teams to analyze agent staffing plans
- Lead teams and processes that improve forecasts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's in related field or combination of education and significant experience
- 10+ years contact center workforce management expertise
- 7+ years experience with WFM Tools
- Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound contact center environment
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of back office processing support functions
