A publishing company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Workforce Management operations
  • Lead teams to analyze agent staffing plans
  • Lead teams and processes that improve forecasts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's in related field or combination of education and significant experience
  • 10+ years contact center workforce management expertise
  • 7+ years experience with WFM Tools
  • Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound contact center environment
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of back office processing support functions
