Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Forecaster.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize staffing capacity
- Execute long term planning
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience within a Workforce Management role required
- 3 years demonstrated forecasting experience preferred
- 4 years contact center experience preferred
