Job Summary
A senior healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Workforce Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, collecting, tracking and improving key performance metrics to manage and improve WFM performance
- Managing analyst for real-time monitoring to make adjustments to staffing in phone queues, and coach on adherence to schedules
- Achieving phone service level goals through high quality forecasting, scheduling and real time management
