Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Workforce Management Professional 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assessing organizational staffing and identifying requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives
  • Providing analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level
  • Understanding own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
