Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Professional.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Management of service goals and metrics aligned with Operations Leadership
  • Partnership with outside of organization teams such as Welltok, Technology, Finance, Accounting, etc
  • Identify and manage new technology opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in Process or Project Management
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for communications to all levels of leadership and presentations
