Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Real Time Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule off-phone activities based on staffing capacity
- Monitor intra-day volumes to ensure compliance to business needs
- Identify trends and potential risks that may arise throughout the day
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- 3+ years call center experience
- Comparable Work Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Extensive experience in workforce management with Impact 360, Nice WFM or other workforce management application preferred
