Job Summary

A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is in need of a Remote Workforce Management Real Time Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule off-phone activities based on staffing capacity
  • Monitor intra-day volumes to ensure compliance to business needs
  • Identify trends and potential risks that may arise throughout the day

Qualifications for this position include:

  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  • 3+ years call center experience
  • Comparable Work Experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Extensive experience in workforce management with Impact 360, Nice WFM or other workforce management application preferred
