A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Real Time Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with leadership to understand current customer experience and adjust staffing
- Managing staffing throughout the day and adjust to improve customer experience and efficiency
- Managing call-outs and PTO throughout the day
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of experience with Workforce Management in a contact center environment
- Experience with Workforce Management software
- Experience in the healthcare field
