Job Summary
A digital marketing agency is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Scheduler.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Determine staff requirements and required schedule patterns given various what if scenarios
- Generate and modify the schedules in the call center
- Monitor call volume and determine if actual volume is coming in under or above forecast
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ year of WFM experience in an inbound or outbound center environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Tech savvy
