Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Scheduling Specialist in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with the division leadership teams to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Posting schedules in advance to provide the staff with fair and sufficient time to plan
  • Partnering with Operations, Finance & Recruiting teams to track, monitor, drive & report KPIs & determine scheduling requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years experience as a Scheduling Specialist or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1+ years experience in Pharmacy or related Healthcare field
