Job Summary
A health and fitness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Senior Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the definition, documentation, and refining of project scope
- Providing proactive analytical reporting, support, and data-driven solutions
- Gathering business requirements through workshops, interviews, and observation
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent education/training/experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant and related experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience using analytical skills for special projects
- 2+ years of experience with Nice InContact products
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
