- Prior experience leading Workforce Management teams
- Prior Workforce Management Experience
- Proven success in supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
- Proven success influencing peers, clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources
- Excellent presentation skills
