Job Summary

A fashion company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Management Senior Tech Program Manager in Seattle.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prioritize feature opportunities and develop backlog, supporting Workforce Management’s 3-year roadmap
  • Support key stakeholders through combined status updates of cross-organization programs
  • Deliver high-impact and complex programs by driving the intake of requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of technical program management experience
  • A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • A proven track record of consistent and measurable delivery of large cross-functional and high-profile initiatives
  • Workforce Management Domain Expertise
  • Product, Program, or Project Manager experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management solutions
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” but also enjoy diving into the details
