Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services is seeking a Remote Workforce Management Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with Operations Executive Leadership to drive account profitability via excellent associate staffing decisions for multiple client program/projects
• Supporting and executing overall WFM delivery across multiple programs/clients
• Providing administrative and subject matter expert support for our Workforce Management software

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to maintain awareness of emerging industry tools
• Ability to perform period review of current tools against other tools available to ensure that company continues to use cutting edge technology
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of the entire call center operation as well as project operation
• Multiple years of experience with Verint’s Workforce Management software, from User to Administrator level
• Minimum of 4 years knowledge or experience in contact center business
• 4 - 8 years direct MANAGEMENT experience with WFM
