Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Management Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Representing the Workforce Management function on leadership team
- Identifying and monitoring key performance indicators in order to measure operational performance
- Building collaborative relationships with the senior leaders across the regulated market business lines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing to travel up to 25% of time for business purposes
- 10 years work experience in workforce management, operations, and/or analytics
- 5 years of senior/executive workforce management leadership and analytical modeling experience
- 7 years of leadership / people management experience
