Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Management Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Representing the Workforce Management function on leadership team
• Identifying and monitoring key performance indicators in order to measure operational performance
• Building collaborative relationships with the senior leaders across the regulated market business lines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Willing to travel up to 25% of time for business purposes
• 10 years work experience in workforce management, operations, and/or analytics
• 5 years of senior/executive workforce management leadership and analytical modeling experience
• 7 years of leadership / people management experience
