Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Metrics Intelligence Analyst 4.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering, combining, and integrating data for the purpose of analysis
- Identifying research questions, operationalized into variables of interest
- Conducting appropriate statistical tests to answer the research question
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Adept at use of data analysis and statistical packages such as SPSS, Excel, R, Python, Stata
- Expertise in inferential statistical methods
- Ability to translate complex statistical results into language that a non-expert can understand
- Ability to generate credible and logical hypotheses and design experiments to test relevant research questions
- Skill in developing stories or narrative descriptions from research that are actionable
