Job Summary

A professional services firm has an open position for a Remote Workforce Now Payroll Consultant.

Must be able to:

Ensure W-2 and ACA forms are issued correctly and timely
Coordinate the reporting of wages for workers' compensation and assist with the annual WC and 401K audits
Keep management informed of HR developments

Required Skills:

Experience with ADP Workforce
Experience as a trusted partner in all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
Ability to confidently communicate in written and verbal format to all levels of the organization
Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions
Ability to communicate with vendors
