Remote Workforce Now Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
A professional services firm has an open position for a Remote Workforce Now Payroll Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Ensure W-2 and ACA forms are issued correctly and timely
- Coordinate the reporting of wages for workers' compensation and assist with the annual WC and 401K audits
- Keep management informed of HR developments
Required Skills:
- Experience with ADP Workforce
- Experience as a trusted partner in all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to confidently communicate in written and verbal format to all levels of the organization
- Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions
- Ability to communicate with vendors
