Remote Workforce Now Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A professional services firm has an open position for a Remote Workforce Now Payroll Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Ensure W-2 and ACA forms are issued correctly and timely
• Coordinate the reporting of wages for workers' compensation and assist with the annual WC and 401K audits
• Keep management informed of HR developments

Required Skills:

• Experience with ADP Workforce
• Experience as a trusted partner in all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to confidently communicate in written and verbal format to all levels of the organization
• Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions
• Ability to communicate with vendors
