A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Workforce Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing initial access to software for all new hires across R&D
- Coordinating and implementing department specific onboarding programs for all new hires across R&D
- Sharing monthly updates with the leadership of Engineering, Product and XVD on staffing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5+ years in Operations, Supporting staffing management
- Ability to be effective in a team-oriented environment
- Effectively manages vendors, building strong relationships
- Demonstrated examples of exceptional emotional maturity and EQ
- Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
