Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Workforce Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing initial access to software for all new hires across R&D
• Coordinating and implementing department specific onboarding programs for all new hires across R&D
• Sharing monthly updates with the leadership of Engineering, Product and XVD on staffing

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-5+ years in Operations, Supporting staffing management
• Ability to be effective in a team-oriented environment
• Effectively manages vendors, building strong relationships
• Demonstrated examples of exceptional emotional maturity and EQ
• Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
