An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing organizational design, labor cost and long-term forecasts to business leaders to influence talent decisions
  • Creating effective, scalable, and easy to understand data solutions for different audiences and levels of engagement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor of Science, Arts, or Engineering Degree is required or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required
  • Expertise with data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) via tools like Tableau or OneModel
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation of best practices in the reporting space for both systems and processes/metrics
  • SaaS and working with cloud vendors for support
