Job Summary
An IT infrastructure and information management company is seeking a Remote Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Refining and pressure testing headcount allocations to accelerate growth
- Balancing the supply & demand of headcount and ensuring it’s informed by data
- Facilitating change management and escalation process with Finance counterparts for requested changes to headcount targets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Must possess a high level of integrity with understanding of the need for confidentiality towards all accessible HR data
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency with a demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
