Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote Workforce Planning and Management Standardization Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Establish strong partnerships and build trust across the entire WFP+M organization
Complete all Standard Process Reviews and document results
Create visibility to Process Review results through communications

Qualifications for this position include:

Undergraduate degree or 4 years' experience in an Operations or Workforce Management environment
2 + years of experience in Workforce Management or Workforce Planning roles
1+ years of experience writing job aids or standard operating procedures
6 months + experience explaining complex data sets and/or processes
