Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Workforce Planning and Management Standardization Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish strong partnerships and build trust across the entire WFP+M organization
- Complete all Standard Process Reviews and document results
- Create visibility to Process Review results through communications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years' experience in an Operations or Workforce Management environment
- 2 + years of experience in Workforce Management or Workforce Planning roles
- 1+ years of experience writing job aids or standard operating procedures
- 6 months + experience explaining complex data sets and/or processes
