Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Workforce Planning and People Analytics Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading development of a systematic and disciplined workforce planning and prioritization process
- Strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives
- Managing global workforce plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience leading a team in a similar role at a SaaS based technology company
- Strong Workforce Planning background
- Record of delivering excellent results in a complex, global organization
- Deep hands-on experience implementing and working within new technologies
