Job Summary

A virtual reality training and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Planning and Talent Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing a short- and long-term workforce strategy and priorities for simulation delivery staff
• Identifying and expanding strategic talent partnerships and the supporting systems
• Setting the direction, priorities, goals, and metrics for the Talent Operations team

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of experience managing teams
• Strong background in human resources, talent management
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale labor operations and/or complex talent-related change management initiatives
• Strong communication and community-building skills
• Able to balance between big-picture visioning and sweating the details
