Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote-Workforce Enterprise Planning Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts for member contact volume and align with operational needs
• Build and maintain staffing schedules to meet service level goals
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and member experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in forecasting for contact centers or healthcare operations
• Proficiency in WFM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance requirements
